Chair Massage

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension and can even be done in your workplace for larger groups. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which has its own treatment room in Statera, or I can bring it to your business. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that some may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. It is a perfect break during your lunch hour!

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Infrared Treatment

New to our area, Statera's infrared room offers soothing, healthy heat.  Our infrared technology brings forth a therapeutic treatment that is not only relaxing but is also clinically shown to be beneficial for your health. This treatment bed also helps eliminate toxins, further supporting the healing process.  This is one of the fastest growing therapies available.  The far infrared rays have the ability to penetrate human tissue which makes it beneficial because it heats the body directly at the core, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where the majority of the toxins reside. Infrared heat is completely safe and healthy for all living things.  Infrared does not contain harmful UV rays that are associated with tanning beds. A few (but not all) of the benefits of infrared treatment include:  detoxification, pain relief, weight control, cardiovascular support, increases cell health and boosts immunity, anti-aging effects, supports joint health, and assists with depression and anxiety. Statera's infrared bed also offers your choice of chromotherapy to further enhance the healing benefits. Multiple sessions are recommended to maximize infrared therapy benefits.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled a MINIMUM of 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment time.

If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or if you do not come to the appointment without canceling or rescheduling, the following fees will be charged to you.

1st time:  No charge (life happens)

2nd time:  You will be charged 50% of your service at the time you make your next appointment.

3rd time:  You will be charged 100% of your service for every appointment moving forward.

The only exception to this policy is if you send someone else in your place for your appointment, but please also notify us if this is the case.
